REALTrac™

REALTrac™ Online is NAI Global's Web-based transaction management software which helps to coordinate projects and facilitate the transaction cycle.

Since the early 1980s, NAI Global has pioneered the use of computerized transaction management. Since 1999, REALTrac™ Online has been completely Web-based. The system tracks, manages and reports on thousands of ongoing transactions for NAI members, corporate and institutional clients. REALTrac™ Online also acts as a “virtual” real estate department, managing portfolios and transactions and providing comprehensive reports on all developments for ongoing acquisition and disposition assignments. The software also features project management and collaboration tools which help accelerate transaction cycle times. Currently, more than 3,500 NAI Global agents and 6,000 clients rely on REALTrac™ Online to facilitate their business objectives.

S.T.A.R.S.™

S.T.A.R.S.™ is NAI Global's proprietary system for providing a best-practice service to clients when handling acquisition or disposition assignments for office, industrial, retail and investment properties.

S.T.A.R.S.™ is the acronym that stands for Strategic Transaction Administration and Reporting System.

S.T.A.R.S.™ is fully integrated with NAI's transaction management system, REALTrac™ Online. When an NAI broker initiates a transaction in REALTrac™ and selects a S.T.A.R.S.™ template, the S.T.A.R.S.™ milestones, tasks and documents appropriate to the transaction are immediately loaded into the REALTrac™ Web Group for the transaction. This ensures that timelines are established for key events, and all S.T.A.R.S.™ documents are pre-populated with key transaction data, including the client name, project name, property address or site search location.

CLAS™

CLAS™ Online is NAI Global's Web-based, corporate lease administration system. This Web-based tool streamlines portfolio administration by managing the data related to owned and leased property information. This includes important data such as critical lease dates, rental rate information, property tax information, facility information, key contacts, etc.
