We diligently encourage all interested brokers to tour and show the property. Our objective is to cultivate a cooperative working relationship with brokers from other real estate firms. Historically forty-two percent (42%) of our transactions were co-brokered. We are pleased to share fees with cooperating brokers.

Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM)
CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of 8,600 professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation.
National, regional, and local CCIM marketing sessions afford members the opportunity to present and market client properties through the CCIM network.
Only 6 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. Through this business network and through enhanced communication with the CCIM electronic network, CCIMs successfully complete approximately 156,000 transactions annually, representing more than $400 billion.
Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)
SIOR is the leading professional office and industrial real estate association. With more than 3,100 members in 480 cities in 20 countries, SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
Last year, SIOR members reported an average per person dollar volume of US$25.7 million. Cumulative dollar volume for all SIOR members was US$51.7 billion. Dollar volume is the value of a transaction (lease value or sale price) divided by the number of brokers involved in the transaction. As a group, SIOR members closed 68,442 transactions last year. This equates to approximately 34 transactions per member. SIOR members leased or sold an average of 1.2 million square feet (111,500 square meters) per person last year. Cumulatively, they leased or sold 2.4 billion square feet (22.3 million square meters) of space. Along with the substantial benefit of the SIOR designation. SIOR provides services that assist members in networking and expanding their business horizons.
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 65,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world. NAI West Michigan has 5 CCIM members.
NAI West Michigan sends a team annually to the Chicago and Las Vegas conventions, and the Deal Making convention in Detroit. ICSC's Spring Convention, Trade Exposition and Leasing Mall bring together more than 40,000 developers, owners, retailers and lenders for education and deal making. ICSC's Fall Conference focuses on management and marketing. ICSC’s goal is to help members develop their businesses through education, research, information, deal making and action on legislation and regulation. You'll have access to industry leaders and professionals who make this dynamic industry a success!
